About the role

Role: Technical Project Manager

Intracom Telecom is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects for Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) deployments. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to drive network integration across wireless and IT systems.

Responsibilities

Manage technical projects from initiation through deployment and post-launch support
Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with customer engineering and operations teams
Build and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, status reports, and risk assessments
Monitor progress, identify blockers, and proactively resolve issues to ensure delivery
Facilitate Agile workflows: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
Coordinate cross-functional resources and manage dependencies across multiple projects
Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards
Analyze project performance metrics and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
3–5 years of technical/program project management experience
Experience managing wireless programs and/or IT infrastructure projects
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and analytical/problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or enterprise systems integration
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
