About the role
Role overview
As a Technical Program & Product Ops Manager (Senior Technical Product Operations Specialist), you will support execution strategy across multiple products—covering 0→1 initiatives and scaling existing programs. You’ll combine advanced data analysis (SQL) with AI tools/agents to automate workflows and accelerate decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support execution strategy for multiple product/program initiatives (0→1 and scaling)
- Write and optimize advanced SQL (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations) to analyze product data
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for real-time decision-making
- Use AI tools and agents to automate workflows and speed up data analysis
- Identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation plans
- Drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, legal, and operations teams
- Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring high-quality execution and delivery
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product and business improvements
Requirements
- Strong experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical product/program roles
- Advanced SQL proficiency with complex data transformations
- Experience using AI tools/agents to improve workflows and productivity
- Advanced Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, automation)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to derive insights from data
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organization and time-management
