Join Webflow, a leading web marketing platform, as a Staff Technical Program Manager for Emerging Products. In this remote-first role, you'll be responsible for driving the execution of new AI-native products from prototype to general availability, while building systems for predictable product launches. You'll work closely with engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success. Key missions: Own the execution portfolio for an emerging product line from discovery through GA, across multiple engineering pods and cross-functional workstreams.. Partner with Engineering leaders, Tech Leads, and PMs to decompose ambiguous, high-risk technical challenges into clear milestones, sequencing, and execution plans.. Design and run the operating model for a fast-moving, zero-to-one program: pod structure, DRI cadences, cross-functional leads syncs, readiness checklists, and leadership reviews.
