Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

Technical Program Manager (TPM) is the operational lead for product delivery. You will partner with Product Managers to turn product strategy into executable plans, driving cross-functional alignment and predictable execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into delivery plans with Product Managers.
• Own the Kanban flow (monitor WIP, cycle time, and throughput).
• Facilitate agile ceremonies with Engineering Leads (standups, retros, planning).
• Ensure alignment between requirements, development outputs, and test coverage.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and timelines across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and external teams.
• Unblock work and escalate risks to maintain delivery momentum.
• Maintain delivery dashboards and provide proactive stakeholder updates.
• Analyze delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote best practices in agile execution, risk management, and team collaboration.

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical program management or delivery leadership in a software/SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Kanban and the SDLC.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery dashboards.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and system integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems/Business or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Cannabis, FinTech, Healthcare).
• Certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or PMP.
• Experience supporting platform teams or multi-tenant implementations.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and release management.
