About the role

Role Overview

Join Greenlight as a Technical Program Manager (Temporary). You’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives, acting as the communication bridge between technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and external parties.

Timeframe: July 2026 through end of September 2026 (remote-friendly).

Key Missions & Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and execution plans.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in execution and communication across teams.

Requirements

5–7+ years of experience in the consumer fintech industry.
5+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally focused on FinTech.
Strong understanding of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile.
Hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, and the Google product suite.
Strong command of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven ability to deliver complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong stakeholder management.
