Role overview
Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead delivery of complex identity and credentialing software solutions across government and enterprise environments. This is a high-autonomy role focused on translating customer and policy requirements into executable delivery plans and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer programs, building trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Translate customer and policy requirements into executable technical delivery plans in partnership with engineering and product teams.
- Define epics, milestones, and delivery roadmaps with engineering/product.
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements for private and public sector customers, prioritizing across competing demands and timelines.
- Independently interpret contracts, SOWs, and technical requirements to ensure delivery alignment.
Requirements
- Strong technical fluency (APIs, cloud infrastructure, system architecture, and identity concepts preferred).
- 3–7+ years in Technical Program Management, systems-focused customer success, or implementation delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of how software systems are built and delivered.
- Experience with enterprise or government customers.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in identity/IAM/ICAM, zero trust, credentialing, or authentication systems.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST, or federal security standards.
- PMP or other program management certifications.
- Consulting, federal contracting, or enterprise transformation background.
- Prior engineering or deeply technical systems experience.
