About the role

Role Overview

Solomon Page is hiring an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale, complex technical programs from planning through delivery. You will partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs
Build and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency maps
Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple agile teams
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and remove program impediments
Facilitate quarterly planning, dependency management, and ongoing status reporting
Oversee vendors and ensure delivery quality
Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager delivering large, complex initiatives
Strong leadership skills managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience with risk management, resource coordination, and program forecasting
Hands-on experience with Jira and Smartsheet (or similar PM tools)
Agile mindset with experience supporting CI/CD environments
Experience in Digital Content Management, including areas such as:
- Product Catalog / Product Feeds
- CMS (Content Management Systems)
- DAM (Digital Asset Management), Photo Studio, etc.
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Remote (PST Timezone)

Compensation

$65–$70/hr on W2 (No C2C)
