Technical Program Manager (Remote)

Role Overview

Joveo AI is hiring a Technical Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex engineering programs across product and infrastructure teams. You’ll act as the connective tissue between technical strategy and day-to-day execution—removing blockers, aligning teams, and keeping initiatives on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple engineering workstreams
• Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency maps
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and ops
• Proactively identify and manage risks, blockers, and technical dependencies
• Drive clarity on requirements, scope, and trade-offs for complex initiatives
• Report program health, velocity, and status to leadership with precision

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, multi-team technical programs end-to-end
• Strong technical foundation to engage meaningfully with engineers
• Solid understanding of Agile and hybrid program delivery methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication for distributed teams
• Experience with program tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar
• Ability to hold accountability without direct authority in cross-functional settings
