About the role

Role Overview

Joveo is hiring a Technical Program Manager (Remote) to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex engineering programs across product and infrastructure teams. You will align technical strategy with day-to-day execution by removing blockers, coordinating teams, and keeping initiatives on track.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering workstreams
Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency maps
Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, and ops
Proactively identify and manage risks, blockers, and technical dependencies
Drive clarity on requirements, scope, and trade-offs for complex initiatives
Provide precise updates on program health, velocity, and status to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience managing complex, multi-team technical programs end-to-end
Solid technical foundation to engage meaningfully with engineers
Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid program delivery methodologies
Exceptional written and verbal communication for distributed teams
Experience with program tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar
Ability to drive accountability without direct authority in cross-functional settings
