Role Overview

Joveo AI is hiring a Technical Program Manager (Remote) to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex engineering programs across product and infrastructure teams. You will connect technical strategy to execution by aligning teams, removing blockers, and keeping delivery on track.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple engineering workstreams
Create and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency maps
Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, and ops
Proactively manage risks, blockers, and technical dependencies
Clarify requirements, scope, and trade-offs for complex initiatives
Report program health, velocity, and status to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience managing complex, multi-team technical programs end-to-end
Strong technical foundation to engage meaningfully with engineers
Solid understanding of Agile and hybrid program delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication for distributed teams
Experience with program tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, Asana)
Ability to drive accountability without direct authority
