Role Overview
Joveo AI is hiring a Technical Program Manager (Remote) to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex engineering programs across product and infrastructure teams. You will connect technical strategy to execution, removing blockers, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring programs stay on track.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple engineering workstreams
- Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency maps
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, and ops
- Proactively manage risks, blockers, and technical dependencies
- Drive clarity on requirements, scope, and trade-offs for complex initiatives
- Report program health, velocity, and status to leadership with precision
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing complex, multi-team technical programs end-to-end
- Strong technical foundation to engage meaningfully with engineers
- Solid understanding of Agile and hybrid program delivery methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication for distributed teams
- Experience with program tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar
- Ability to hold accountability without direct authority in cross-functional settings
