About the role

Role Overview

Joveo AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Remote) to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex engineering programs across product and infrastructure teams. You will connect technical strategy to day-to-day execution by aligning teams, removing blockers, and keeping initiatives on track.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering workstreams
Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency maps
Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, and ops
Proactively identify and manage risks, blockers, and technical dependencies
Drive clarity on requirements, scope, and trade-offs for complex initiatives
Provide program health/status reporting (velocity, progress) to leadership

Required Qualifications

Experience managing complex, multi-team technical programs end-to-end
Strong technical foundation to engage meaningfully with engineers
Solid understanding of Agile and hybrid program delivery methodologies
Exceptional written and verbal communication for distributed teams
Experience with program tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar
Ability to drive outcomes and hold accountability without direct authority
