Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Location: Remote (US/Canada)

Role Overview

Raydar is building an AI-native platform for insurance decisioning. As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll sit at the center of execution—leading end-to-end programs that impact customer implementations and product delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver successful customer implementations end-to-end
Own project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication across internal and external teams
Track key metrics, risks, and performance indicators to ensure high-quality delivery
Partner with engineering, product, and customer teams across design, build, testing, and rollout
Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
Surface product and technical improvements based on customer and delivery insights

Requirements

6+ years experience in B2B SaaS implementations or technical program management
Technical foundation (e.g., software engineering or hands-on technical work)
Ability to own complex programs across multiple stakeholders
Strong balance of technical depth and communication/execution skills
Proactive risk identification and problem solving; drive initiatives to completion
Enjoy improving systems, processes, and team efficiency

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with enterprise customers or implementation-heavy products
Familiarity with SQL and/or JavaScript and technical workflows
Background in insurance, fintech, or data-driven platforms
