Technical Program Manager (Fully Remote, United States)

Own end-to-end delivery of data centre network infrastructure programmes—from initial planning through production handoff. Coordinate across network engineering, construction, supply chain/logistics, security, and operations to ensure deployments land on time, on spec, and ready to operate.

The programmes you will drive include the physical foundation for modern AI and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programme delivery across data centre network deployments (new builds, retrofits, rack refresh, capacity augments, and decommissioning)
• Create and manage the programme plan: milestones, critical path, and stakeholder accountability
• Translate strategic roadmaps into executable delivery plans
• Convert a 12-month supply execution plan into weekly operating execution across vendors, engineers, and operations teams
• Drive hardware and supply chain accountability
  • Ensure BOMs are ordered correctly and on time
  • Track deliveries to site
  • Identify long-lead procurement risks early
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across network engineering, construction, logistics, security, and operations
• Run programme governance and reporting
  • Status decks, risk registers, executive reporting, and lessons learned reviews
  • Ensure leadership is never surprised by programme progress

Requirements

• Proven programme management rigor in complex infrastructure environments
• Experience leading multi-workstream programmes with hard deadlines and ambiguity (decisions under pressure without schedule slippage)
• Hands-on experience managing data centre network infrastructure deployments (design → construction → commissioning → operational handoff)
• Technical fluency in network infrastructure
  • Ability to lead conversations on DC fabric, switching architecture, cabling standards, and network topology readiness
  • Know what can fail and how to prevent it
• Hardware/BOM procurement management experience at scale (lead times, delivery coordination, ensuring correct hardware arrives when needed)
• Vendor and contractor accountability experience in multi-vendor critical path environments
  • Keep external partners aligned and escalate appropriately
• Risk identification and programme health management
  • Maintain a live risk register
  • Proactively surface issues and run lessons learned reviews that improve future programmes

• Prior experience managing network infrastructure deployments inside a hyperscale environment
