Role Overview

Kobie Marketing is hiring a Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Product to drive execution across its product portfolio and improve delivery across engineering teams. This role is a process leader focused on operations, workflow management, and delivery visibility (not a software developer).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from intake & discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment to strategic goals and client commitments.
  • Maintain visibility into product and feature queues, including dashboards for:
    • queue volume
    • SLA adherence
    • backlog health
    • delivery timelines
  • Ensure smooth flow of requests/tasks across queues to reduce wait times and improve service delivery.
  • Use data/metrics to identify improvement areas and recommend actions to leadership.
  • Lead quarterly planning and facilitate quarterly commitment alignment across teams.
  • Use Jira to review and track Product Owner (PO) updates for features within Program Increments (PIs).
  • Ensure POs document scope, budget, and timeline changes, including risks, before execution; report updates to leadership.
  • Track and drive resolution of risks and issues through to completion.
  • Automate status/progress reporting using integrated tools.
  • Provide clear stakeholder communication, including executive-ready summaries of status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Act as primary internal point of contact for:
    • product requests in PM
    • product backlog and feature status
    • active development work
    • implementation of product features
    • client-committed initiatives
  • Collaborate with POs and stakeholders on feature scope definition and deliverable schedules.
  • Coordinate cross-team handoffs with engineering and managers.
  • Support prioritization of product initiatives based on strategic objectives, resource constraints, and ROI.
  • Evolve templates/frameworks/dashboards and optimize workflows for clarity, consistency, and transparency.
  • Drive business transition management so delivered features meet intended value.
  • Use metrics and trends to guide continuous improvement and operational maturity.
