Technical Program Manager

Role: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Lead the expansion and optimization of AI and data center infrastructure initiatives for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of critical initiatives across engineering and operational teams, ensuring alignment to program milestones and business objectives.
• Coordinate action items from leadership meetings, driving accountability and on-time delivery.
• Collect and validate progress reports, metrics, and updates for senior leadership reviews.
• Build and maintain program timelines; communicate progress and dependencies across stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to align goals and deliverables.
• Bring structure and prioritization to ambiguous, complex environments.
• Set up and manage AI infrastructure testbeds; troubleshoot software and hardware issues and coordinate issue resolution with customers and global teams.
• Travel occasionally (up to a couple of weeks at a time) to support offsite data centers and client engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data centers in a technical program management or engineering role.
• Deep experience in data center operations (e.g., networking, execution, vendor management).
• Experience with qualification lifecycle and post-silicon validation.
• Proven experience deploying large-scale AI infrastructure.
• Ability to travel for multi-week periods.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or other large-scale technology organizations.
• Strong analytical skills to distill complex technical updates for executive audiences.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and project planning tools.
