Technical Program Manager - Marketplace Integrations

Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager – Marketplace Integrations, you will lead and oversee electronic data interchange (EDI) systems and API integrations. You will partner across functional teams and with clients/trading partners to improve business processes, data quality, and onboarding outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide project oversight and strategic direction for EDI systems and API integrations
• Serve as project lead, coordinating cross-functional teams to:
  • streamline business processes
  • improve data accuracy
  • onboard new clients
  • strengthen communications with partners and clients
• Consult on technical integration requirements with internal teams and clients
• Organize, analyze, and control activities of engineering and implementation teams
• Track and report development/onboarding status, and communicate progress to teams/clients
• Oversee documentation for product changes and updates
• Manage product release cycles to coordinate smooth rollouts and client transitions

Requirements

• 3+ years client-facing technical project/program management experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong expertise in API standards/protocols and hands-on experience with API integrations
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for outcomes such as:
  • communication drafting
  • data analysis
  • prompt engineering
  • documentation
• Experience as an IT Project Manager, able to lead technical teams from a strategic business perspective
• Ability to build relationships with trading partners, vendors, and internal teams and communicate with stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years program management experience (ideally in ERP, EDI, CRM, or eCommerce)
• Master’s degree (plus)

• Up to 10% travel
