Technical Program Manager - Marketplace Integrations

Role Overview

Rithum is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Marketplace Integrations) to lead technical programs around EDI systems and API integrations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to improve business processes, data accuracy, and client onboarding while ensuring strong communication with partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide project oversight and strategic direction for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and API integrations
• Act as project lead with cross-functional teams to:
  • streamline business processes
  • improve data accuracy
  • onboard new clients
  • strengthen partner/client communication
• Consult internally and with clients on technical integration requirements for EDI and API
• Organize, analyze, and control activities of engineering and implementation teams
• Track and report development/onboarding status, communicating progress to teams and clients
• Oversee documentation processes for product changes and updates
• Manage product release cycles and coordinate smooth rollouts and client transitions

Requirements

• 3+ years client-facing technical project management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong expertise in API standards and protocols with hands-on experience integrating APIs
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to improve outcomes such as communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and/or documentation
• Experience as an IT Project Manager able to lead technical teams strategically
• Ability to build relationships with trading partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years program management experience, ideally in ERP, EDI, CRM, or eCommerce
• Master’s degree (plus)
