You translate ambiguity into actionable plans and keep multiple workstreams synchronized through a clear operating rhythm.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end program execution for large-scale AI-powered product initiatives.
- Maintain a master program plan with timelines, milestones, and dependencies; ensure delivery visibility across workstreams.
- Identify, track, and proactively resolve cross-functional blockers, risks, and dependency conflicts.
- Build and evolve lightweight delivery systems, rituals, and tooling conventions to improve coordination.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership on release planning and alignment to strategic priorities.
- Manage communication flow and ensure transparency, clarity, and timely escalation of risks.
- Continuously adjust plans to changing requirements while preserving momentum and accuracy.
- Foster a culture of accountability, visibility, and operational discipline across distributed teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience delivering complex technical programs in software environments; manage multiple distributed teams and interdependent workstreams.
- 7+ years in technical program management or equivalent engineering-driven roles.
- Deep understanding of software development practices; ability to engage in technical discussions (architecture, APIs, infrastructure, system design).
- Proven ability to build and scale program structures, workflows, and coordination mechanisms in ambiguous/fast-changing environments.
- Experience with delivery/tracking tools such as Linear and Jira (or equivalent).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication; influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
- Highly organized and proactive; comfortable in high-complexity, high-velocity settings.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with ML/AI or LLM-enabled products, especially where research and production delivery intersect.
Benefits
- Competitive salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Flexible work environment for distributed/remote collaboration.
- Paid parental leave and family-support programs.
- Short- and long-term disability coverage.
- Competitive PTO and paid holidays.
- Professional growth, mentorship, and leadership exposure.
