Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager (ET Technical Program Manager), you will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives spanning technical improvements to the platform, third-party SaaS implementations, and standardized processes and metrics.

Location/Work model: Remote (EST) | Duration: Long-term contract

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale initiatives to build new products or platform capabilities.
• Manage the full lifecycle of key programs:
  • Coordinate functional plans
  • Communicate with key stakeholders
  • Drive issue resolution
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies and establish prioritization to minimize disruption to daily operations.
• Oversee migration from a legacy Okta instance to the organization’s Okta, including:
  • Relationship and configuration
  • Ensuring systems are scalable and efficient
• Drive strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs across product development teams, collaborating with infrastructure and other cross-functional groups.
• Improve operational processes across the organization.
• Communicate clearly using data-driven narratives for executive and team-level decision-making.
• Build and maintain SOPs to standardize and scale technical operations and enable continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent education and experience.
• 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Prior experience working with information security teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders and leadership with data-driven reporting.
• Experience managing Okta migrations.
• Proven track record delivering technical programs across multiple teams and managers.

• Familiarity with modern development practices and technologies such as:
  • Containerization
  • Microservices architecture
  • CI/CD
• AWS and modern cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of security platforms/frameworks and enterprise security controls and risk management.
