Role overview

Technical Program Manager at interos.ai to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, technical, cross-functional initiatives for the supply chain risk intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of technical product initiatives (discovery → requirements → delivery → launch → iteration).
Translate strategic objectives and customer insights into actionable product requirements and measurable success criteria.
Partner with engineering, design, and applied AI to shape technical scope, validate approaches, and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with platform architecture.
Drive roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and release readiness across multiple workstreams.
Define and track feature-level KPIs, using performance data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep execution aligned with timelines, resourcing, and roadmap priorities.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and establish delivery best practices to improve operational rigor.
Build domain expertise in Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) to keep product decisions grounded in real-world needs.
Communicate clearly with technical and executive stakeholders via crisp updates and documentation.

Requirements

5+ years hands-on experience in program, product, or technical project management (or 3+ years with a master’s degree).
Experience operating in technical environments such as big data, AI/ML, supply chain, logistics, or other complex software domains.
Proven ability to partner across multi-disciplinary engineering and product teams with strong understanding of technical implications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven, detail-oriented mindset.
Deep familiarity with Agile; able to lead, coach, and influence delivery teams.
Strong risk management and execution across competing priorities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
