  • Drive roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and release readiness across multiple workstreams.
  • Define and track feature-level KPIs, using performance data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep execution aligned with timelines, resourcing, and roadmap priorities.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and establish delivery best practices to improve operational rigor.
  • Build domain expertise in Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) to keep product decisions grounded in real-world needs.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and executive stakeholders via crisp updates and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in program, product, or technical project management (or 3+ years with a master’s degree).
  • Experience operating in technical environments such as big data, AI/ML, supply chain, logistics, or other complex software domains.
  • Proven ability to partner across multi-disciplinary engineering and product teams with strong understanding of technical implications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile; able to lead, coach, and influence delivery teams.
  • Strong risk management and execution across competing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
