Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

Technical Project/Program Manager (2 positions) for a fast-growing Advertising organization. You will manage complex e-commerce/ads platform initiatives end to end, partnering across teams and stakeholders from concept through release and go-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Run the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical projects supporting the Ads platform roadmap (concept/initiations through release and go-to-market)
• Oversee design, development, integration, testing, and ramp-up of technical initiatives
• Lead operating rhythms across the organization and with partner teams; drive cross-org coordination and communication
• Anticipate, assess, and manage issues and risks; perform root-cause analysis and propose mitigation plans
• Ensure clear status reporting at sponsor and team levels
• Create presentations and supporting documentation for forums and partners
• Build, document, and improve processes for geographically distributed teams/partners to optimize efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical project/program management, leading full-stack end-to-end integrations and testing
• Experience in Ads or eCommerce in a product development environment
• Demonstrated track record delivering projects from conception through post-launch
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, product, sales, ops, and program management counterparts
• Ability to take initiative in ambiguous situations with limited supervision
• Clear communication, documentation, and escalation of risks
• Ability to manage multiple partners transparently and proactively

Preferred

• Background in Ad Tech, Search, Recommendations, structured data, and ML/AI
• Experience with full-stack system integration, E2E testing, development methodologies, and dependency management
• Proficiency in Airtable
• Strong understanding of applying AI for process optimization, reporting, and project management

Contract / Location

• Remote (PST zone)
• Contract role for 10+ months
