Technical Program Manager / Technical Project/Program Manager (2 positions)

Manage complex technical e-commerce and ads platform projects from concept through release and go-to-market.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive execution and resolve cross-org dependencies.

Responsibilities

Run the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical projects supporting the Ads platform roadmap (initiation → development → integration → testing → release).
Oversee design, development, integration, testing, and rollout/ ramp of key technical initiatives.
Drive operating rhythms and coordination between partner teams; ensure alignment and clear communication.
Anticipate, assess, and manage issues and risks, including root cause analysis and mitigation planning.
Provide clear status reporting at sponsor and day-to-day levels.
Create presentations and supporting documentation for various forums and partners.
Build, document, and improve processes for geographically distributed teams to optimize efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

8+ years of technical project/program management, with strong experience leading end-to-end integrations and testing (full-stack).
Experience in Ads or eCommerce within a product development environment.
Proven ability to lead projects from conception through post-launch.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, product, sales, ops, and program management counterparts.
Strong initiative in ambiguous/unfamiliar situations, with minimal supervision.
Clear communication, documentation, presentation skills, and timely escalation of risks.
Ability to manage multiple partners/progress transparently.
Willingness to be hands-on as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications

Ad Tech and related domains: Search, Recommendations, structured data, ML/AI.
Background in full-stack system integration, E2E testing, development methodologies, and dependency management.
Proficiency with Airtable.
Strong understanding of using AI for process optimization, reporting, and program/project management.
