Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

Guesty is hiring a Technical Program Manager to act as a key technical partner to customers. You’ll guide them through complex technical challenges, drive product adoption and retention, and serve as the Voice of the Customer internally.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced guidance for customer use cases using a deep understanding of the Guesty product.
• Lead the resolution of intricate technical hurdles and support long-term adoption.
• Translate real client needs into actionable feedback for Product teams, shaping roadmap priorities.
• Identify and address adoption gaps, improve customer setup, and collect meaningful product feedback.
• Use data/analytics to identify trends across account cohorts and track evolving product needs.
• Communicate clearly and present technical concepts in simple, actionable terms to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of technical experience in SaaS or a technology-driven environment.
• API literacy.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Full professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with the short-term rental market, OTA landscape (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo), and property management software ecosystem.
• Accounting knowledge (e.g., trust accounting, ledgers, reporting, bank reconciliations).
