Role Overview

Technical Program Manager for the Deployments team, responsible for end-to-end program delivery for data hall and AI cluster activations from planning through operational handoff.

Responsibilities

Own delivery across the full program lifecycle: planning → execution → operational handoff
Coordinate cross-functionally across construction, networking, ICT, hardware, and operations
Drive progress in high ambiguity, identifying and filling gaps before they become blockers
Manage and hold multiple concurrent workstreams accountable
Ensure smooth transition between construction handover and cluster deployment
Handle vendor/contractor management across multi-site deployments

Requirements

5+ years delivering complex data center / physical infrastructure programs
Strong AI/GPU infrastructure knowledge, including:
- Power density
- Cooling
- Networking
- Sequencing
Demonstrated experience bridging construction handover with cluster deployment
Proven experience managing vendors and contractors for concurrent multi-site deployments
Comfortable working with ambiguity and tight timelines
Willingness to travel up to 60%
