Technical Program Manager

Role: Technical Program Manager

Lead end-to-end technical programs across multiple workstreams, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Program & Project Management: Own end-to-end delivery across Seller Experience, Local, and Monetization workstreams.
• Planning & Tracking: Build, track, and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Risk Management: Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate E2E workflows across engineering teams, product managers, design, data, and business stakeholders.
• Engineering–Product Partnership: Act as a connector between Engineering and Product to ensure alignment on tasks, blockers, technical considerations, and timelines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Domain Focus

• Local Marketplace: Enable sellers to list and sell items locally, including pickup and fulfilment.
• Monetization: Drive revenue generation and seller-facing features (e.g., transaction flows, seller tools, fee structures).
• Seller Experience: Improve the seller journey and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Technical background (software/systems or equivalent technical understanding).
• 5+ years of technical program management or project management experience.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand technical concepts, and ask the right questions.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional end-to-end programs.
• Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
• Skills in timeline tracking, RAID log management, program documentation, and status reporting.
• Direct experience working with engineering teams and product managers.
• High-level understanding of the SDLC and experience in agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketplace experience (highly preferred)
• Retail experience (nice to have)
• Experience working on seller-side products, marketplace, or monetization features
• Background in large-scale consumer or e-commerce environments
