Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Join ServiceTitan, a leading fintech company, as a Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will drive end-to-end program execution and delivery across our Fintech portfolio, including Payments, Payables, and Financing. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to deliver scalable financial solutions that increase contractor revenue, improve customer experience, and strengthen platform reliability. You will also manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, ensuring decisions are data-driven and surfaced early to maintain program predictability. Additionally, you will drive visibility and accountability through clear reporting, dashboards, and communication across leadership and stakeholders. Key missions: Drive end-to-end program execution and delivery across ServiceTitan’s Fintech portfolio, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to define clear success criteria, program milestones, and KPIs tied to customer and business outcomes.. Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, ensuring decisions are data-driven and surfaced early to maintain program predictability. Profile: - This role requires a strong execution mindset, technical fluency, and the ability to turn complex, cross-functional efforts into measurable business outcomes - Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact - Familiarity with Fintech domains such as Payments, Payables, and Financing, with demonstrated ability to apply business insights to drive execution and measurable results - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and connect execution to outcomes - 3–5 years of technical program management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments, with a proven ability to deeply understand business context and deliver high-impact outcomes through strong cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and effective resource management - Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product leaders - Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and program dashboards - A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on driving clarity, accountability, and results - Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
