Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager at EvenUp, you will lead delivery of a transformative enterprise platform, managing complex workstreams and coordinating across Product, Engineering, and customer teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable value.

Key Missions

• Spearhead delivery of next-generation enterprise platform solutions for key clients, including retiring legacy systems.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for each customer enterprise platform delivery, aligning with customer needs and company goals.
• Oversee measurable outcomes through strong execution, adoption, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex program/workstream planning and execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and enterprise customer stakeholders.
• Provide project health oversight and risk/problem management.
• Configure enterprise platform settings (e.g., workflows, permissions, reports).
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deliver onboarding programs, drive user adoption, and support training efforts.
• Monitor and ensure system performance.
• Travel to customer sites (up to ~30%) and build relationships with enterprise stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of program/project management experience in enterprise software delivery or SaaS.
• Strong proficiency using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Experience with enterprise compliance and data schema mapping/transformation.
• Demonstrated change management expertise, including designing/executing adoption strategies.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs and collateral for diverse user groups.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (bridge technical and business teams).
• Proven experience retiring legacy systems and migrating data to modern platforms (e.g., Universal Migrator, SQL, automation).
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional programs with enterprise customers, preferably in regulated industries.

Nice-to-Haves

• PMP and/or Agile or similar change management certification.
• Change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Kotter (explicitly mentioned as a plus).
• Knowledge of specific data migration tools (e.g., Universal Migrator) and automation in migrations.
