Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive end-to-end execution across engineering, data/ML, and operations to deliver an AI-native security platform. You’ll turn ambiguous goals into clear plans, keep multiple workstreams unblocked, and ensure measurable outcomes.

Profile / Requirements

• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end in fast-moving environments
• Clear, direct communicator who aligns stakeholders and focuses teams on priorities
• Metrics-driven: defines success criteria, establishes reporting, and ensures proper instrumentation
• Execution-focused: unblocks teams, manages scope, drives decisions with strong judgment
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, and ML concepts to scope work, surface risks, and make tradeoffs visible
• Ability to break large initiatives into milestones, dependencies, and clear owners; runs effective planning, standups, and retrospectives
