Role Overview

Technical Program Manager / Deputy Task Lead for a partner company, supporting a large-scale modernization initiative to transform enterprise case management capabilities using cloud-based solutions. Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical authority for architecture, integration, cloud strategy, development practices, and modernization.
• Define technical strategies, engineering standards, architecture roadmaps, and solution approaches aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Supervise architects, development leads, engineering teams, and cybersecurity professionals to ensure effective collaboration.
• Guide cybersecurity activities including:

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience, including enterprise software delivery, architecture, or technology delivery environments.
• 7–10+ years managing large-scale technology programs and complex solution implementations.
• Proven experience delivering cloud-based enterprise solutions using Agile, DevSecOps, and modern engineering practices.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity principles, risk management, and governance/compliance frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and coordinating interdependent workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business/executive communication.
