Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager at Cape, you will lead the execution of complex, cross-functional programs and projects that enable core telecom technologies. You’ll design and optimize processes to reduce operational friction and help engineers focus on solving technical challenges.

Key Missions

• Drive execution of complex cross-functional programs critical to business functionality.
• Design, implement, and improve processes to streamline workflows and enable seamless technology integration across platforms.
• Take ownership of tracking and stabilizing projects, removing roadblocks, and anticipating internal and external customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management (or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Expertise in process optimization and implementing scalable workflows.
• Customer-centric mindset to align product/technology solutions with internal and customer expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjust priorities as needed.
• Strong cross-functional influence and communication to drive alignment with engineering, product, and other stakeholders.
• Technical understanding sufficient to engage with engineering teams on challenges, priorities, and dependencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
