Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

Business Needs Inc. is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate technical initiatives across teams, with a focus on information security and Okta migration/program management. The role is remote (EST).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs across multiple teams and managers, coordinating execution and outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and leadership using data-driven reporting.
• Partner with and support information security teams on security-related initiatives.
• Manage/drive Okta migrations and related technical workflows.
• Direct initiatives across high-performance teams in complex environments.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent education + relevant experience.
• 4+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Prior experience working with information security teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication with demonstrated stakeholder and leadership influence.
• Proven record of successful technical program management in high-performance teams.

Nice-to-haves / Relevant Knowledge

• Experience with Okta migrations and hands-on Okta-related technical work.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies, including:
  • Containerization
  • Microservices architecture
  • Continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
• Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures.
• Understanding of security platforms, security frameworks, and enterprise security controls.
• Knowledge of risk management.
