Role Overview

Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Bridge, leading complex, cross-functional technical programs to deliver a stablecoin-based global payments platform at scale.

Responsibilities

Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and organization-wide programs and initiatives
Collaborate with engineering to design, scope, and shepherd features through execution
Create functional specs, project/release plans, and roadmaps
Own and execute one or more software engineering programs in parallel
Influence product decisions aligned to program and company objectives
Align senior stakeholders and build consensus across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, legal, compliance, risk)
Define and scale program processes/frameworks for broader org adoption
Mentor TPMs and help build the TPM discipline at Bridge

Requirements

6+ years of experience in technical program management or product management
Proven track record shipping products with broad, global customer impact
Strong program management across the full software development lifecycle (kick-off through ship)
Ability to drive technical discussions and contribute to infrastructure/product architecture decisions
Comfortable resolving ambiguity by clarifying decision tradeoffs and driving solutions
Ability to operate independently and lead across multiple teams/functions, including stakeholders across time zones
Strong written and verbal communication skills
