Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

BayOne Solutions is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex technical projects end-to-end, from conception through completion. This is a remote, long-term contract role focused on delivering large-scale initiatives with strong cross-functional leadership and agile program execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program management for large-scale projects, ensuring delivery from planning to completion
• Create and maintain detailed project plans (scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation)
• Drive risk management: identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Coordinate resources and ensure teams are well-supported
• Oversee quality standards via testing and validation processes
• Maintain project forecasts in PM systems (tracking actuals and analyzing resource needs)
• Manage impediments and lead status reporting across multiple levels
• Facilitate quarterly planning and coordinate teams for strategic task planning and dependency management
• Lead vendor management and support vendor selection
• Promote Agile ways of working and align multiple Agile teams toward shared program goals
• Enable cross-team collaboration to reduce dependencies and support continuous integration/delivery

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong domain expertise in photo studio workflows / content production pipelines

• Experience with:

  • Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Product catalogs / product feeds

• Relevant examples/tools mentioned:

  • Creative Force: photobase, shotflow (examples)
  • CMS technologies: Amplience, Heady, Adobe Experience Manager
  • DAM technologies: OrangeLogic (and similar)

• Understanding of the end-to-end asset lifecycle: shoot → edit → upload → publish

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Proven TPM track record delivering complex, large-scale technical programs
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
• Ability to continuously improve program management processes, tools, and methodologies
• Proficient with Jira and Smartsheet
