Technical Program Manager, Agent Policy Fabric

Role Overview

Technical Program Manager for NVIDIA’s Agent Policy Fabric (APF) team. You will shape a coordinated engineering program that turns approved policy direction and components into an integrated, governed system for AI-agent actions, aligning multiple teams around shared milestones and evidence-backed completion criteria.

What You’ll Be Doing

Program Foundations

• Create the roadmap for APF v0
• Define milestones, ownership model, decision cadence, dependency tracking, and risk management

Cross-Team Coordination

Coordinate delivery across teams for:

• Canonical policy
• Policy signing and distribution
• Registry projection
• Runtime integration
• Credential mediation
• Audit evidence
• Conformance

Decision Resolution

• Drive architecture and ownership questions to closure with technical leads across teams

End-to-End Proofs

• Organize integrated proofs for GitLab and Slack paths
• Preserve Outlook’s bounded v0 scope

Program Status Management

• Maintain clear internal status separating:
  • approved direction
  • landed implementation
  • proposed work
  • component evidence
  • open dependencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 12+ years leading complex technical programs in security, platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems
• Technical fluency to reason about:
  • service contracts
  • signed artifacts
  • policy enforcement
  • credentials
  • audit systems
  • test evidence
• Strong dependency management across teams and ability to clarify ambiguous ownership boundaries
• Judgment to distinguish:
  • design decisions vs implementation milestones vs validated capabilities
• Precise communication of program status without overstating readiness

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI-agent platforms, automation governance, or policy enforcement systems
• Familiarity with supply-chain security concepts (artifact signing, provenance, integrity frameworks)
• Experience defining completion via observable, reproducible evidence

Compensation

• Base salary range: $200,000–$322,000 USD (Level 5) or $240,000–$379,500 USD (Level 6), depending on location and experience
