Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager at Abnormal Security, you will drive execution for AI-driven SaaS products, partner with the Platform Infrastructure team, and help establish operational excellence through standardized processes.

Key Missions

• Drive execution for AI-driven SaaS product initiatives and contribute to building a standardized R&D process.
• Work closely with Platform Infrastructure to architect, define, and execute systems that keep programs running predictably and efficiently.
• Manage project schedules, identify and coordinate dependencies across teams, anticipate and mitigate risks, and report progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, delivery, and ongoing program execution across engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Translate highly technical requirements into pragmatic plans focused on customer/business impact.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Technical Program or Project Management.
• Experience supporting software engineering teams.
• Familiarity with SaaS product tooling, including Jira, and an understanding of SQL.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and product operations best practices.
• Ability to operate in iterative, fast-paced weekly release environments using Agile/Scrum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or closely related field).
