Join Abnormal, a leading AI-driven SaaS company, as a Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will drive execution for new products and features, ensuring programs run predictably and efficiently. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams, translate complex technical requirements into program plans, and manage project schedules. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering, experience in project management, and a curiosity for AI-first security products. Key missions: Driving execution for AI-driven SaaS products and contributing to the Research & Development Operating System.. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to architect, define, and execute systems that ensure programs run predictably, efficiently, and with high visibility.. Translating complex technical requirements into program plans with clearly defined milestones, owners, and deadlines, and managing project schedules. You have a growth mindset and are a quick and keen learner - Exceptional communicator: Able to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in both written and verbal form - Project / Program Management & Organization: Excellent project manager with delivering large cross functional complex projects. Able to take complex technical requirements and translate into program plans - Technical Capabilities: Leverage a technical background to support engineering in technical design and gain credibility - Works well in ambiguity: Ability to be a kickstarter especially in this initial Engine building phase - Continuous improvement: Committed to personal and professional growth, with a constant desire to improve, create value, and make your team better. Growth mindset and grit will be key traits to success - Ownership: Goal-oriented with an ownership mentality. Ability to self-organize, pull in resources with clear expectations and drive successful outcomes - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline - Capable of translating and communicating highly technical requirements in pragmatic & in a way that focuses on customer or business-impact - One to Three (1-3) years of professional experience in Technical Program or Project Management - Curiosity for AI-first security products and a desire to influence how they reach customers successfully - Experience working with SaaS products like Jira and an understanding of SQL - Experience working in iterative, fast-paced weekly release environments, leveraging agile and scrum processes for planning, execution, and delivery." - Experience with product lifecycle management and product operations best practices
