Role Overview

Technical Program Manager responsible for leading development of design automation software tools across multiple organizations. You will manage the product roadmap, prioritize the product backlog, and drive efficient delivery of high-value features while aligning business goals with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of interconnected software tools
• Manage dependencies and integration points across teams and partners
• Maintain and prioritize a unified product backlog
• Define and track KPIs for delivery performance
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and requirements
• Bridge gaps between business objectives and technical delivery; align stakeholders and unblock teams

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager roles
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog
• Experience collaborating effectively with software development teams

Nice-to-Haves

• Industry experience in AEC and CAD/BIM workflows
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D

• Duration: 12 months
• Location: Colorado (Remote)
• Pay range: $50–$53/hr
• Part-time indication: 12 months (Part-time)
