Technical Product Owner

Role Overview

Technical Product Owner for a healthcare-focused client. You will lead product work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, partnering across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize product backlog items and contribute to the roadmap with engineering and business teams
• Manage data dependencies and ensure member signals are integrated into the data lake
• Coordinate channel activation timelines and requirements with development and outreach teams
• Draft implementation-ready user stories aligning technical and business objectives
• Translate performance metrics and campaign outcomes into actionable insights for leadership
• Own governance for business rules related to member outreach and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years experience in product ownership or technical project management
• Expertise in data-intensive and AI/ML platforms, including understanding of data pipelines and data quality
• Proven experience managing external dependencies with data engineering and digital development teams
• Ability to write detailed acceptance criteria and user stories across multiple teams
• Comfortable with data analysis to identify issues
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
