Role overview

Technical Product Manager (Platform Engineering) for XTM Cloud at Filigran. You’ll define and deliver platform products by coordinating engineering and ensuring delivery processes stay aligned and lightweight.

Key missions / responsibilities

Ensure delivery structure for all platform products, including epics, milestones, sprints, and priorities.
Act as a coordination point between platform engineering and other teams so engineers aren’t blocked by missing process, context, or approvals.
Apply Filigran’s product practices and help continuously improve processes by introducing lightweight, pragmatic ways of working for a fast-moving engineering team.

Requirements

Product and delivery ownership for platform-oriented engineering work (epics/milestones/sprints/priorities).
Strong cross-team coordination and ability to remove blockers related to process, context, and approvals.
Ability to implement and improve lightweight, pragmatic product/process practices.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with platform engineering delivery processes in a remote-first environment.
