Technical Product Manager

Role overview

You will serve as the primary point of entry for technology requests across the business. You’ll partner with stakeholders to clarify problems, evaluate value/urgency/feasibility, and help prioritize initiatives aligned to business goals while maintaining visibility into the technology roadmap.

Key missions

• Act as the main point of entry for technology requests; clarify problems and shape ideas with stakeholders.
• Assess initiatives for value, urgency, and feasibility, then prioritize competing work against business goals.
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and developers, minimizing unnecessary interruptions to the development team.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve processes.
• Maintain ongoing visibility over the technology roadmap.

• Ability to turn ideas into clear, actionable work.
• Technical fluency to work credibly with developers and understand constraints at a high level.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including the ability to push back when needed.
• A structured, practical approach to managing competing priorities.
• Good judgment in using AI tools to improve research, scoping, prioritization, and delivery efficiency.
• A strong bias toward outcomes over activity.
• Experience operating effectively in a growing, fast-paced environment where pace and clarity matter.

Nice to have

• Experience in a scale-up, founder-led, or operationally complex business.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, marketplaces, or in-house platforms (helpful but not essential).
