About the role

Role Overview

As a Technical Lead at One North, you will lead the implementation and technical strategy for web-based digital brand experiences across a portfolio of client projects. You’ll partner with clients and internal teams to design and implement technical solutions, while guiding developers and strengthening your leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Participate in implementation, testing, and support of web-based projects.
Engineer solutions focused on performance, maintainability, and efficiency, while delivering strong end-user experiences.
Act as a primary contributor to testing, fixing issues as needed.
Reduce technical debt, optimize applications, and investigate/architect improvements for feature updates.
Apply deep knowledge of .NET page lifecycle / MVC, including object-oriented programming, browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
Mentor and nurture new members of the Technology team; lead other developers on web solutions.
Consult with high-profile clients on projects of varying scope and size.

Required Experience / Qualifications

3+ years of development experience in an agency or consultancy.
Expert in .NET MVC and ASP.NET (7+ years indicated).

Location / Remote Policy

Ideally based in the Chicago area for a light hybrid (onsite/remote) model.
