About the role

Role overview

As Technical Lead / Manager of UI Engineering at Netskope, you will lead the team building the next generation of user experiences across Netskope products. You’ll provide technical leadership and help shape the UI and API Gateway direction, partnering across teams to deliver world-class user interfaces in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Build the next generation of user experiences across all Netskope products.
  • Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing UI engineering team.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for Netskope UI and the API Gateway.
  • Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
  • Collaborate across organizational boundaries to deliver UI applications.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience working with Node.js and Express (knowledge of NestJS is a plus).
  • Secure web development knowledge.
  • 10+ years developing web UIs.
  • 5+ years in technical leadership and/or management.
  • Hands-on experience building/managing web UI applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
  • Proven track record collaborating across teams to deliver UI applications.
  • BSCS (or equivalent) required; MSCS (or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cloud security and/or cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of NestJS.
