Technical Lead Engineering

Role Overview

As a Technical Lead (Engineering) at 360Learning, you will be the primary point of contact for technical topics, coach other developers, and continue hands-on development (up to 80% coding time). You’ll report to the Engineering Director and collaborate with the CPTO and Engineering leadership.

Key Missions

• Serve as the point of contact for all technical topics for your squad and coach fellow developers.
• Support your product squad in achieving innovation goals while maintaining and improving product features.
• Share best practices across the team.
• Create courses on the 360Learning platform.
• Suggest, propose, and implement process improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in monthly meetings with the CPTO and Engineering Director.
• Balance leadership and delivery, with a strong focus on continuing to code.

Requirements

• Strong technical leadership and the ability to coach developers.
• Experience collaborating with product squads to deliver and improve features.
• Ability to share best practices and drive process improvements.

• Experience contributing technical content or training materials (e.g., creating courses on a learning platform).
