Technical Enablement Manager

Role overview

As a Technical Enablement Manager at Coder, you will build enablement programs, content, and learning experiences to support technical sellers. You’ll collaborate with the Customer Solutions team to translate customer-seller needs into practical onboarding and field-ready materials, leveraging AI tools to improve enablement workflows.

Key missions

• Design and deliver onboarding for technical seller personas (e.g., Solutions Engineers, Solution Architects, CSMs, TAMs).
• Develop and maintain an enablement content library, including:
  • demo guides
  • technical objection-handling frameworks
  • competitive technical positioning
  • hands-on labs
  • field-ready reference materials
• Run ongoing enablement programs for the technical seller community, such as:
  • regular training sessions
  • product update briefings
  • skill-building workshops tied to real deal scenarios

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment with limited structure.
• Hands-on experience using AI in your own work and strong judgment about where it helps.
• High ownership as an individual contributor (P3) with strong judgment and domain ownership.
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity (not required to be an engineer, but must be able to learn a complex product and create accurate enablement).
• 2–4 years in technical enablement, solutions engineering, technical training, or a role enabling technical seller personas.
• Ability to create technically credible, field-ready content.
• Proven experience designing and facilitating training for technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves / related experience

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Solutions.
• Experience building onboarding programs from scratch for technical go-to-market teams.
• Experience enabling sellers in developer tools, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or platform engineering.
