Technical Enablement Architect (Network Security & SASE)

About the role

Join Palo Alto Networks as a Technical Enablement Architect, where you will be the primary subject matter expert for our Network Security and SASE portfolio. You will work closely with various teams to translate complex technologies into scalable programs that accelerate field readiness, product adoption, and technical success. Your responsibilities will include architecting and driving the readiness strategy, defining technical proficiency standards, leading readiness planning for major product launches, designing certification frameworks, and delivering technical presentations and workshops. This role requires 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical, or enablement-focused role, with expertise in Network Security and SASE technologies. Key missions: Architect and drive the NetSec and SASE readiness strategy and multi-quarter enablement roadmap.. Lead readiness planning for major product launches, ensuring learning assets and certifications are available prior to General Availability.. Design certification frameworks, assessments, labs, and mastery programs that drive technical excellence. Profile: - This role is ideal for a technical expert who enjoys solving complex problems and influencing technical outcomes at scale - 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical, or enablement-focused role such as Systems Engineering, Solution Architecture, Professional Services, Technical Marketing with expertise in Network Security and SASE technologies - Experience creating or delivering technical training, enablement programs, certifications, workshops, or other knowledge-sharing initiatives - Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools and AI-powered learning, productivity, or enablement platforms - Proven ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with technical practitioners, managers, and senior leaders - Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering technical content to diverse audiences - Ability to travel up to 30% annually - Deep expertise in NGFW, SASE, SD-WAN, and cloud-delivered security architectures - Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts and translate them into scalable learning experiences, technical guidance, or best practices - Hands-on experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting, or supporting enterprise security solutions - Experience designing multi-modal enablement programs: ILT, OLX, labs, simulations, and certifications - Experience leading certification development (JTA facilitation, IDW participation or leadership) - PCNSE, PCNSA, PCCSE, or equivalent - Experience managing NPI-driven content cycles across multiple formats - Experience with Demostack, Reprise, or similar simulation tools - Background in Systems Engineering, MSSP, Professional Services, Customer Success or channel partner technical roles
