Technical Delivery Manager

Role Overview

Safe Pro AI is seeking a mission-driven Technical Delivery Manager to bridge leadership, engineering, and a global user base. This high-impact role combines the responsibilities of a Technical Project/Product Manager, QA Engineer, and Customer Experience Lead—translating feature intent and mock-ups into technical specifications and owning delivery and quality across cloud, desktop, and edge compute.

Responsibilities

• Technical Specifying & Ticket Creation
  • Translate high-level feature intent and mock-ups into detailed technical requirements.
  • Write clear, engineer-executable ticket specs, including logic for complex systems.
• Sprint & Project Management
  • Create, track, and manage agile sprints.
  • Prioritize delivery against demos, sales pipeline needs, and urgent customer demands.
• End-to-End Quality Assurance
  • Own QA across all product surfaces: cloud, desktop, and edge compute.
  • Test features, triage bug reports, monitor production survey data for anomalies, and drive zero-bug deployments.
• Customer Experience & Support
  • Monitor customer usage, troubleshoot active issues, and ensure delivery is intuitive and seamless.

Requirements / What We Look For

• Technical generalist combining project management, QA, and customer experience.
• Strong technical literacy: can discuss software architecture, database optimization, cloud infrastructure, API performance, and Kubernetes (even without coding).
• Excellent communication: clear writing and speaking; can explain complex systems to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Rapid learner who can quickly absorb domain-specific concepts and apply them.
• Quality obsession with strong focus on on-time, flawless delivery and UX/UI trade-offs.
