About the role
Role Overview
The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM III) leads cross-functional delivery of high-impact eCommerce initiatives across Domino’s U.S. eCommerce Operations. You will coordinate delivery across web, native apps, and platform services (small services), helping teams execute strategic priorities with aggressive timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional delivery efforts across multiple product value streams (web, mobile apps, and platform services)
- Create and maintain project/delivery plans aligned to business priorities, technical feasibility, and resource availability/budget
- Provide resource planning and team forecasting tied to allowable budget
- Use Agile/Scrum and hybrid methodologies to manage sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and release planning
- Serve as the primary coordination point across Product Owners, Engineering, QA, SRE, INFOSEC, Network, Retail, and external vendors
- Proactively run hyper-care processes for major releases and high-volume order days to ensure operational readiness and rapid issue resolution
- Proactively escalate blockers and risks to leadership and drive resolution through stakeholder alignment
- Track and report delivery metrics (conversion rates, defect reduction) using information radiators such as Splunk and Grafana
- Facilitate post-release reviews and continuous improvement to enhance delivery quality and team performance
- Integrate compliance/legal requirements into delivery plans (e.g., pricing structures, junk fees, accessibility)
- Mentor Technical Business Analysts and junior Technical Delivery Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- 4+ years leading delivery in fast-paced, multi-team environments
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, including web and mobile platforms
- Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting
- Experience coordinating with offshore and vendor teams
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities
- Familiarity with compliance/legal/regulatory requirements in digital commerce
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and tools including Jira, Confluence, Splunk, Grafana
