About the role

Role overview

Join Bugcrowd as a Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Engagement Manager (TEM). You will own the technical onboarding, implementation, and rollout of Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Disclosure, and Pentest programs, serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams.

Key missions

  • Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and configuration of Bug Bounty, Vulnerability, and/or Pentest programs for new and existing customers.
  • Act as the technical point of contact during program launches, ensuring smooth transitions and early success.
  • Provide guidance on vulnerability triage, communication workflows, and integration best practices.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers and sales teams to align technical delivery with customer expectations.
  • Contribute to improving internal onboarding playbooks, technical documentation, and enablement materials.

Requirements

  • Collaborative, cross-functional working style.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-facing mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., implementation, solutions architecture, technical program management, or professional services).
  • Knowledge of pentest, bug-bounty, and red-team methodologies.
  • Familiar with at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, etc.) enough to build simple automation tools.
  • Remote work-from-home ability; ability to meet physical job requirements (e.g., workstation usage).
  • Experience creating documentation and policies (blogs, collateral, etc.).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience developing onboarding materials and technical enablement resources (implied by documentation/policy requirement).
