Technical Account Manager

Role Overview

Technical Account Manager at Trunk Tools (full remote). You will work closely with the company’s largest and most complex customer implementations, owning project oversight from delivery risk management to stakeholder updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects, supervising deliverables and proactively identifying risks.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for projects, ensuring alignment across internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver a smooth customer experience from start through implementation.
• Contribute to the improvement of implementation management and delivery operations processes.

Requirements

• Exceptional communicator (verbal and written).
• Team player able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years experience as a customer-facing Implementation Manager, Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Management Consultant.
• Must be located in a US time zone and within the continental United States.
• Ability to partner with C-suite/VP/Director contacts and day-to-day software users.
• Strong interest in technology and AI and their real-world impact.
• Empathetic, with a desire to improve the lives of people in the built world.
• Bias toward action; comfortable operating in environments with high influence on customer outcomes.
• Experience running complex projects across enterprise clients with $200,000+ ARR per customer.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, persuasive influence, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with construction/real estate technology (desired but not required).
